Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and include GST (goods and services tax).

Payment Policy

Payment for your order can be made via credit card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and via Paypal.

Delivery Policy

Riviera House ships goods Australia wide. Delivery rates are $12 per order for NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, and $18 per order for SA, WA, TAS and NT.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Currently, we do not accept international orders through our website. Please contact us at info@rivierahouse.com.au to enquire about a special order.

Customer Service Policy

Riviera House is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where a product is faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to the product purchased on the website, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. Returns for refund, exchange or credit will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Customers must contact Riviera House to agree the return to take place. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless there has been an error made by Riviera House. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to Riviera House in its original condition. Riviera House advises all customers returning items to use a recorded or registered delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Riviera House, your financial details are passed through a secure server using an SSL Secure Site Seal from GlobalSign.

We automatically delete credit card details upon the completion of an order, and therefore retain credit card details for the shortest possible time. Please note that while Riviera House uses its best endeavours to protect all such information at all times, we cannot be responsible for unauthorised access to the information.


Riviera House shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability.


Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.

Governing Law

Riviera House and the Customer agree that the terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
